QRForge ("we", "us", "our") is an independently operated web platform providing free QR code generation and scanning tools, accessible at this website. We are the data controller for information collected through this site.

✅ QR code content you encode is NOT stored. The text, URL, or data you paste into the generator is processed to create your code image and is not saved to our servers or databases.

QR code content: Not retained — processed in-session only.
Analytics data: Retained by Google Analytics for up to 26 months in aggregate, anonymous form.
Newsletter emails: Retained until you unsubscribe. Deleted within 30 days of unsubscription.
Contact form data: Retained for up to 12 months following resolution of your enquiry, then securely deleted.
7 Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
